2016 Lesotho Team Trip: Planning Begins

We had our first team meeting tonight for the 2016 trip! Having witnessed first-hand the need for continued improvement and support, we are determined to continue supporting the Pulane Children’s Centre by organising a return visit to the centre in May 2016. While our 2013 trip focused predominantly on construction, this time around we are increasing the number of volunteers to 20 so as to continue with the much needed building repairs and development while also having the capacity to deliver other supports.

Jill, who runs the centre has asked that we put on a fun program for the kids, an event fro women, and some training for local pastors alongside the building work so we’ve got our work cut out for us.

Below are some videos of the building projects we will be undertaking during this trip.

We will be travelling out to Lesotho for 2 weeks at the end of May 2016. All of the members of the team will have to raise their own travel costs and contribute towards the materials costs through fundraising events and activities. If you would like to support this project you can do so by making a donation which would be greatly appreciated.
