What’s Your One Day? is an invitation to take something meaningful to you and turn it into something that blesses others. By setting a challenge and fundraising for One Day, your story becomes part of a larger one.
People have swum long distances, taken on endurance challenges, and pursued long-held dreams, not just for themselves, but to help build homes for children.

Join a Team Trip
Each year, teams travel to Lesotho to serve alongside our local leadership. People with a wide range of skills have taken part:
Builders, Architects, Teachers, Social workers, Care professionals, Special needs assistants, Skilled tradespeople, Administrators, Creatives, Students, and on and on…
Teams contribute through practical projects, skills development, training, and encouragement of local staff and house parents as well as the wider community.
But something else often happens: People discover new purpose. Some return changed. Some find long-term calling. Some go on to serve in new ways they never expected.
If you would like to explore joining a future team, we would love to begin that conversation.
Volunteer From Home
Not everyone travels.
There are also ways to support the work from home through practical volunteering. Depending on your skills, this may include:
Administration, Communications, Creative work, Fundraising support, Professional expertise,Behind-the-scenes project help
If you have time and skills to offer, we would be glad to explore how they might serve the work.
Join the One Day Family
The most consistent and foundational way to get involved is through monthly giving.
The One Day Family is the community of supporters who make daily care possible. Through steady generosity, children are raised in loving homes with stability, education, safeguarding, and long-term support.
For €30 per month, just €1 per day, you help sustain a home where children are known and cared for.
If you want to stand behind this work in a lasting way, joining the One Day Family is the strongest place to begin.
